3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
All content shared during the Event—including but not limited to recordings, slides, templates, calculators, frameworks, strategies, and spoken material—is the exclusive property of Hunter Donia LLC and considered confidential.
You agree to:
Not copy, reproduce, share, teach, distribute, or disclose Event content to anyone.
Not repurpose Event content to create competing materials, products, services, or educational programs.
This confidentiality obligation remains in effect indefinitely and applies to both live and recorded content.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights to Event materials, brand, name, and content (recorded, written, visual, or spoken) belong exclusively to Hunter Donia LLC.
You are granted a limited, personal license to use materials for your own business only. No rights are granted to reuse or repurpose any material for commercial or instructional use.
5. Technology & Access Issues
You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate internet, compatible devices, and access to the Event platform.
The Company is not liable for:
Technical issues on your end (internet outages, device failure, log-in errors, etc.)
Failures of third-party software or platforms used to deliver the Event
No reschedules, refunds, or alternative access will be provided due to technical issues.
6. Non-Disparagement
You agree not to make, publish, or encourage false, misleading, or disparaging statements about the Event, its content, Hunter Donia LLC, its owners, staff, or other participants in any medium, including but not limited to:
Social media posts or comments
Private or public groups
Emails, texts, or DMs
Audio, video, or podcasts
Violation of this clause may result in legal action.
7. Testimonial Release
By participating in the Event, you grant Hunter Donia LLC the irrevocable right to use any comments, reviews, feedback, or content you share in Event spaces (chat, Q&A, feedback forms, etc.) as testimonials for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes, in any format, at any time, without compensation.
8. Marketing & Future Offers
Your participation in the Event includes being added to the Company’s email list. You consent to receive marketing, promotional, and educational communications.
This Event may include the promotion of other programs or services. Participation does not obligate you to purchase anything further, nor does it guarantee access to future offers.
9. Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
You agree to attempt resolution of any dispute through private mediation first. If mediation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Pennsylvania under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
This Event is for educational and informational purposes only. No results, earnings, or outcomes are guaranteed.
The Company does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. All actions you take as a result of the Event are your sole responsibility.
Hunter Donia LLC is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, including but not limited to loss of income, business disruption, or emotional distress arising from your participation.
You agree to hold Hunter Donia LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or losses incurred as a result of attending the Event.
